I am a professional working lady who is looking for a student to pay board in my 3 bedroom apartment. The complex has a pool and tennis court. I am the end unit so very quiet. Bus stop outside driveway so handy for many locations to get too. My place backs onto part of Massey University in Albany so would suit a student studying there. Must be 18 and over and Female only non smoker. Prefer long term student. I can provide food for you to make your own breakfast, lunch. I can cook dinners in the week only. I would provide food for theweekends but you would have to cook due to my weekend commitments. I am a pleasant easy going lady but expect my place to be kept clean and tidy. I also have a cat.
